WHAT ARE OUR OPTIONS?
You may either shop and make payments online or reserve items and pay via bank transfer or paypal.
For us to be able to process your orders, necessary forms must be filled up.
As is typical with most online stores, shipping costs are extra charges outside of the cost of your selected items.
Shipping within Metro Manila is approximately Php 60-100 and Php 150-200 for the rest of the Philippines.
Shipping fee will be added to your bill once you check-out.
The shoes are also available at the Shoe Center in Greenlanes Arcade, Greenhills Shopping Center


ONLINE PAYMENTS & BANK TRANSFER
Upon checkout you can decide on different payment options: Paypal and bank transfer payments. For those who wish to pay via BANK DEPOSIT, payment must be made within 2 working days otherwise reservation would be considered cancelled.


DELIVERY OF ITEMS
Item Reservation is good for only 2 days.
We will send you a notification once order has been processed.
Regular items will be delivered to your doorstep within 7 business days upon confirmation of payment.
Made-to-order items will be delivered to your doorstep within 24 business days upon confirmation of payment.
CASH or CHECK Payments will be accepted


PICK UP OF ITEMS
Regular showroom hours from 9am-6pm. Appointments must be confirmed.
Any preferred time outside regular hours could be arranged.

HOW MUCH WOULD SHIPPING COST?
PROVINCIAL ORDERS
For provinces (Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao), a shipping fee of P250 per shoe will be charged.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For International Orders, email us your orders and shipping details at shop@lupesaenz.com. An order summary with the shipping charges will be sent upon confirmation with courier.

PREMIUM SHIPPING
Rush shipping can be arranged. Email us at shop@lupesaenz.com for details.


WHEN WILL I GET MY ITEMS?
For Regular items, orders will be arranged for shipping as soon as payment has been confirmed. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including your shipment tracking number.
If you are located in Metro Manila or areas nearby, you may expect your items to arrive within 7 business days. For orders outside Metro Manila, please expect delivery within 10 to 12 business days.

Made-to-Order Shoes may take up to 21 business days for production. An email will be sent once the shoes are ready for shipping.

GIVING IT AS A GIFT?
For those who are ordering shoes to give as gifts, Please indicate the delivery address of the person you are giving it to.


HOW DO WE RETURN AN ITEM?
Our Policy:
*You are responsible for shipping charges related to the return or exchange.
*You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging with all accessories intact (including manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.), for a full merchandise exchange.
*We allow one complimentary exchange per item.
*If the item came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.
*All returned items not accompanied by a completed paper copy of our return form will be automatically declined and sent back

How to Return:
Please fill up the RETURN FORM and email to email us at info@lupesaez.com prior to any return or exchange to coordinate with us and ensure your satisfaction.

We will notify you once we have received your return. We will conduct an evaluation within five (5) business days and notify you that we are processing your replacement, according to what you have indicated on the Return Form. If a return is invalid, we will notify you as well and send the item back to you.

Option 1: We will make arrangements for pick up - please have the courier fee payment and item ready upon scheduled pickup.

Option 2: You may send the unused merchandise to our Marikina Showroom.
